Thank you to so many for your kindness & generosity in 2020 by helping with Amanda’s 8th Annual Richard Murray Memorial Rest Home Fundraiser!
Over the past 7 years we have helped improve the quality of life of over 300 rest home residents through fulfilling their holiday wish lists. Please join me again in 2021 by carrying on this beautiful tradition and making an even bigger impact than years past by bringing one of these gift items into Zeigler Chiropractic's office: NEW travel mugs, blankets, socks/gripper socks, large print word puzzle books or Cash/Venmo donations is an easy option too ... we’ll do the shopping for specific requests from the residents See Amanda in the office for Venmo details ... no gift is too small!

The story:
In 2013/2104 Amanda spent a lot of time at the hospital and rest home looking after her beloved friend Richard after he had a stroke. During that time she learned that the majority of people living in rest homes don't have loved ones that visit them, look out for them, and helping to keep them connected to the outside world.
So, the Christmas of 2014 Amanda decided to make a difference by collecting donations to buy presents for the residents living there and helped fill their holiday wish lists. The nurses said that even the smallest gift, like new socks, made the uncared for residents feel happy and cared for.
“I knew we could do so much better than that! And, we did.”
