At Zeigler Chiropractic (now Monarch Family Chiropractic), the goal is not perfection, but progress. We understand that a healthy lifestyle is made up of a collection of daily decisions. Consistency is key! And, we LOVE how consistent Dave is with his education and chiropractic care! Dave is a frequent attendee of our Tuesday evening spinal workshops, always evaluating ways he can make healthier decisions in his day-to-day life AND holding himself accountable to the things he already knows to do for his spine and health!
He utilizes our lending library regularly, so we know he’s doing health homework, and on his way to being a more informed consumer. Plus, Dave is like sunshine walking into our space. He brightens the day and always offers a smile and encouraging word! We love having Dave a part of our community!
How long have you been under chiropractic care? About 1 year.
What do you do for a living? I am an accountant for the Department of Human Services and I do taxes.
What prompted you to seek chiropractic help and how has that changed? I was dealing with chronic back pain and a general reduction in mobility.
What other changes have you noticed with your overall health and ideal day activities? Since receiving chiropractic care, the back pain and mobility is better. Due to the education Zeigler Chiropractic (now Monarch Family Chiropractic) provides I am more cognizant of my health and no longer allow systematic declines in my health over long periods of time.
What do you like about Monarch Family Chiropractic? You guys are awesome! I have benefited from the education you provide and the hugs are always nice.
